Q. Where are you located?
A. Our company is headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Q. Do you have a catalog or brochure?
A. Presently our brochure is being developed. Stay in touch and we will send you one.
Q How will my gift look when it arrives?
A Our pies are packed in a plastic clam shell container which is wrapped in a cellophane shrink wrap, then placed in a decorative gift box. This gift box is placed in shipping box packed with foam peanuts.
Q. What is your guarantee policy?
A. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our product. If you are unhappy with any product, please email us at pjstapies@aol.com . Be sure to include your original order number, name, telephone number and the best time to get a hold of you if necessary and a detailed explanation of the problem. Problems must be reported to us within one week of shipment receipt in order for the guarantee to be valid. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within one business day. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
- If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the cost. (excluding shipping charges). All packing should be kept in case shipping needs to inspect the packaging.
- If there is a problem with an individual perishable component, we will send you a replacement for that component.
- If your guaranteed air shipment arrives late due to an error with our shipping (UPS, FedEX, US Mail, or Airborne Express), your originally charged credit card will be credited for 100% of the air shipping charges. Note- refunds will not be given for delays by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, recipient unavailable).
- Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed.
Q How do I place an order online?
A. After you have selected an item and viewed the details about the pie, just click the button for the size, number and price for the purchase. Then just click the buy button just to the left.
Q. I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet, can I place an order without using the Internet?
A. We use the latest in security technology to inure your sensitive information is protected. However, you may fax your order or download the order form and mail with your payment information.
Q. I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses. What is the way to do this?
A. Many corporate customers send large order to multiple addresses; you may e-mail, fax or mail your list of recipients with mailing instructions along with your order form.
Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a “Thank You” page, which has an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has been successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to our site and you will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided once your order has been received by us.
Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
A. You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail after we receive your order. If you do not receive this message within three hours after placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at pjstapies@aol.com to ensure that your order is being processed, the order confirmation will also contain all the information you input. We recommend that you review your information. If you notice an error (such as a transposed address, misspelling, etc.) please e-mail correction, your order confirmation number, and your daytime and evening phone number to facilitate the process. We will be happy to change any information as long as your order has not baked, boxed or shipped.
Q. How do I find out status of my order?
A. You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail normally within one business day of you package shipping. We will provide you with the information on how to track and confirm from the United States Postal Services which is our primary Shipper at this time or from any other shipper we may use. Once you receive this confirmation, you will be able to go to the site and track the progress of your package.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. If your order has not already been baked, boxed or shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at pjstapies@aol.com. If your order has already been baked, boxed or shipped out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it and refunds will not be issued.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and Visa. For Visa and MasterCard, the credit card must be issued by a US institution. We accept money orders or personal checks and debit cards with a Visa/MasterCard Logo.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Since we utilize real-time credit card processing, we will obtain an authorization on your credit card to obligate funds at the time your order is placed. However, you credit card will not actually be charged until the order is shipped.
Q. Why do I get an Address Verification (AVS) error when trying to order using my credit card?
A. Our credit card processor requires us to make sure that the billing address you provide matches the address on your credit card statement. Double –check and be sure that you are using the correct billing address. Corporate cards sometimes get sent directly to the card holder so their home address may be required. If you have recently moved, your card company may not have updated your information yet. We recommend that you call the toll-free number on the back of your card. The credit card issuer should be able to help you with the AVS error.
Q. What was the total charged to my credit card?
A. When you place your order online, you will be charged with the price of the merchandise plus the shipping charges.
Q. Do you offer corporate discounts?

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. Yes. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information that is sent over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your brower is in the secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom of the browser window.
Q. Do you offer same day delivery?
A. No. We do not offer hand-delivery. The earliest is shipping the following business day.
Q. Can you deliver to a PO or APO Box?
A. No. Federal Express, UPS and Airborne Express cannot deliver to PO or APO Boxes.
Q. What are the shipping options?
A. Options and shipping pricing will be shown at checkout. We recommend two day Priority to assure freshness and allow you at least 5 day refrigerated shelf life. Air shipping /Overnight shipping will normally take at least 2 days since our product are baked and shipped fresh takes 1 day and shipped the next.
Q. What is a Business Day?
A. A business day is Monday thru Friday with the exclusion of any holidays. Saturday, Sunday and any National holidays are not business days.
Q. Do you deliver on weekends or Holidays?
A. The cost increases for some Saturday delivery. Presently USPS delivers on Saturdays at no addition cost. USPS will deliver on Sunday or National holidays only on overnight express mail.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. Ground shipping is the most economical way to ship our products. Exact shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
Q. What carriers do you use?
A. At our discretion, we ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL or Airborne Express, but presently we use USPS two day Priority.
Q. Will my package be left if no one is at home?
A. Yes. In most cases unless you state your preference.
Q. What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address for my order?
A. PLEASE be certain of the correct address before ordering! We pass along the FedEx, UPS, and Airborne Express of $10 for the correction, which will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge. Unfortunately, the gift will probably not get to the shipping destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering. Make sure that you include apartment or suite numbers if applicable. The shippers will charge the $10 fee for this as well. If a product is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship a freshly baked item to the corrected recipient address. You will be charged for the additional shipping fees.
Q. Does FedEx or UPS require a signature for delivery?
A. Orders that are sent to businesses require a signature. Orders being shipped to residential addresses are normally delivered with no signature required. At the driver’s discretion he/she will either leave the package in a safe place at the home or leave notice of delivery attempt with contact information if he/she feels that it is not safe to leave the package (they may also return the next business day). We assume no responsibility for packages that are left, although problems are almost unheard of. We may, at our discretion require a signature for deliveries going to major metropolitan residential addresses and areas where we feel it would be safer to obtain a signature to prove delivery.
Q. Will you share my personal information with other companies?
A. Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will give understanding of how PJ’s Totally Awesome Pies, uses and safeguard the information you provide to us on our site. PJ’s Pies may disclose particular information of a user only if required to comply with the law or legal process.
When you buy from us, you will have the option to be placed on our e-mailing list. If you choose to be on our e-mailing list, we may send you periodic emails detailing special offers. We do not share your personal information with anyone outside the company where noted above. If you would like to be removed from our e-mailing list, simply follow the instructions that are included with each email.
